Wildlife Rescue North Devon

Wildlife Rescue

We continue to rely on the community to contact us about animals they have found.

The rescue has a number of voluntary drivers who will go and collect animals in the surrounding areas. But, ideally the finders will bring the animals to the rescue so that they can be assessed and decisions made regarding their future care.

We work in partnership with a local veterinary practice, and are able to get animals seen by a vet. We also take in wild animals from the practice and other practices in the surrounding areas.

Our best partner is YOU, the local community

rehabilitation of Wildlife - Littlest Wildlife Hotel North Devon

Wildlife Rehabilitation

We are dedicated to continuing our rehabilitation efforts, which is by no means an easy feat.

But through cooperation and community involvement, we believe we can facilitate progress in this area.

We have specifically made aviaries up to the standard of birds of prey and garden bird so we can accommodate most types of avian in flight aviaries.

We have a range of release sites offering a wide variety of environments, ensuring that each species is specifically catered for at the release site, including if necessary support feeding.

Our aim is to rehabilitate all wild animals that enter our care, as long as release is in the best interest of the animal.
